"The WiFi. God, the WiFi is terrible. Bad downstairs, non-existent in our bedroom. Such a pity because often the first thing you do when arriving is to enter the WiFi code. You immediately get a bad impression and in this case it's very misleading because the hotel is wonderful. FIX THE WIFI!"
