"The staff were really helpful and very nice too. There was never too much trouble for anything and were very polite too. The chef also was happy to make us 2 burgers even though kitchen just taken the last orders. Everyone made us feel welcome."

Breakfast was lovely the locally sourced food was great be warned the sausages are really chunky and taste great so be careful ordering the full english its a lot of food that you do not want to leave behind,"
"This is not a negative of the property but I think if planning on staying here for a visit where you want to venture out without your own transport pre-book taxis in advance this is just a little hint for any potential visitors but do nto let this put you off staying at this lovely rural inn ."
"A glorious old fashioned English Inn. Staff warm and welcoming, excellent beer and food to die for. The bowl of stew at the bar was delicious, the breakfast perfect (all local products)."

"The staff at the Crown Inn were so friendly and kind, we needed oat milk at 8pm and they kindly offered to run out to the shop and get us some. The lady serving breakfast was so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Also the vegan options were very tasty!"

"The staff were lovely, the family room we had was a great size. We had dinner the night we arrived and all of our family enjoyed their food. I was a little concerned about it being noisy as its a pub but after 10pm we didnt hear a thing."
