Comentaris dels clients sobre Château Rhianfa
"Pretty much everything...fabulous location, great building full of character, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and evening meal excellent."
"Not the hotel's problem but if guests don't close the lift doors after use it is not usable until someone does close them. 3 flights of steps up from the dining room are tough if you have leg problems like myself."
"Amazing location and features. Lovely garden. Unique experience- definitely recommend"
"Ok ..the front part into the lake is not owned by the hotel (private property) and not well signposted- the owner of the property was very rude and started shouting @ us - “you need to leave now ! “ .. how are we supposed to know when it’s not written clearly and the hotel staff didn’t inform us - please improve upon this . Best wishes"
"Helpful Staff, I made the mistake of booking a room that had no en-suite and was non refundable. The Reception staff very kindly let me pay the difference to upgrade to a better room even though it was my mistake. Excellent breakfast. Lovely view over the river."
"My husband could not make up his mind who was snoring the loudest the person in the room above or me! Soundproofing not very good but it really didn't bother me."
"Wonderful views and garden. Friendly staff that guided us to our room. Well cooked meals and great hospitality."

"Excellent staff and the venue is amazing. So interesting to walk around and explore and listen to the history."
"The hotel says there is electric car charging available, but only one port and is a very slow charge. We were unable to charge our car at the property as it was always occupied. Future guests should note that alternative electric car charging in this area is sparse."
"Unique hotel to explore, lots of interesting historical finds, and beautiful gardens. The staff are friendly and polite, and they walk you to your room."
"I would pay for a upgrade next time"
"Beautiful scenery and an amazing place to stay. I do feel that they could do something more with le rouge dragon to make it more inviting and create a bit of an ambience."

"Amazing hotel, very clean and amazing views. Breakfast is included and is very good! Staff are very friendly. Had the Arun room with the private bathroom across the hall. Not a problem for us and room exceeded expectations here. Lock your bathroom, someone did take our last toilet roll, haha. Sparkling water in the room, range of teas and a kettle to make drinks. Beds made each day and towels changed. Room was extremely comfortable, the hotel is also very warm which was really nice! Room was lovely and warm too. Lots of takeaways, bars, cafes around a mile away can be walked in 20 mins. Very aesthetically pleasing, will be back"
"We often walked from Menai bridge to the hotel but there are no street lamps to guide your way for a stretch of around half a mile. However I imagine most people get taxis (have cash ready) or there’s actually a bus stop outside the hotel which we discovered when leaving."
