"We have been staying at Ascot House everytime we visit York for the past 15 years. We have always had a warm friendly welcome, the rooms are always clean and well presented. The choice at breakfast is excellent. We look forward to our next visit later in the year."

"Every thing was great lovely lady June and staff so friendly breakfast was lovely black pudding and everything very clean oldie world beautiful stained glass window had a great stay we should of ask for ground floor room as my guy has bad leg and we where three floors up in the attic no lift but that was my fault I know for next time to request low floor thanks for lovely stay ."

"The car park was small and full when we got there meaning we had to park over the road on a side street. The side street was only a very short walk away from the hotel so it wasn't too much of an issue."
