"Appartement fonctionnel très bien situé dans rue piétonne et facile de se garer dans le quartier ( rue Maurice Busset par exemple - payant en semaine entre 9h et 19h ) Appartement propre avec installations récentes et climatisation (vital en période de canicule ). Machine café Senseo disponible avec dosettes et sucre. Shampoing et gel douche disponibles dans la douche. Télé avec enceinte. Fort capital sympathie du propriétaire Yann et bon suivi."
