"- location is amazing, 5 mins walk from the beach, 2 mins walk from a small super market up the street, and very convenient for walks in the area. - The villa is recently renovated with beautiful modern furniture, the 3 bedrooms are spacious, toilets are not as new but very functional and acceptable. - The agent who rented us the villa and the gardener in charge of the pool maintenance were helpful, responsive and kind"
"There is a big construction of an appartement complex in front of the villa; which means two of the rooms have a view on construction and it can get a bit noisy and dusty if you sit by the pool; however the kids did not mind it and still swam everyday for a couple of hours."

"Tout. L'endroit est isolé et particulièrement silencieux. Le cadre est magnifique et ne manque pas d'espace. Deux roulottes seulement et à plusieurs dizaines de mètres l'une de l'autre, ce qui fait que même en prenant le petit-déjeuner en extérieur on n'entend personne. Rajouter à tout cela la gentillesse et la bienveillance de notre hôtesse et vous comprendrez mieux le pourquoi de mes commentaires. Bref, sublime..."

"Petit studio cosy qui porte vraiment bien son nom. On se sent un peu comme chez soi le temps du séjour. Décoration agréable, fournitures nécessaires, il y a même des livres en français et en anglais à disposition. Modalités d’accès bien expliquées et faciles à suivre. Malgré la full autonomie, la disponibilité de l’hôte est au rendez-vous. Logement bien situé dans un quartier calme, à 5’ à pied de la gare et donnant facilement accès aux lieux d’intérêt du centre-ville d’Angers. Je recommande cet endroit."
