"El wifi funcionaba perfecto. La ubicación fue ideal para nosotros. El patio de afuera es muy útil en verano. Tiene una cochera propia dentro de la propiedad. Tenía todos los utensilios de cocina y de aseo necesarios. Nos quedamos una semana y cumplió totalmente con nuestras expectativas y lo que estábamos buscando."
"Las camas no son muy cómodas. La televisión es demasiado pequeña. El primer día se nos cortó la luz, nos explicaron que no hay suficiente "potencia" para utilizar varios artículos eléctricos juntos. Luego de eso no volvimos a tener problemas con la electricidad."

"Very bright and clean 4th floor apartment in a good neighbourhood. The apartment is roomy and comfortable which made relaxing after a long day of sightseeing a real pleasure. The kitchen is well equipped though we did not cook much as there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. A bakery, supermarket and other grocery shops are within 100m of the apartment. So is the excellent metro and bus service. A perfect location. Contact with the owner throughout the booking process and our stay was exceptional. We found the host very attentive and responsive to our requests. Entry to the apartment happened on time (as agreed) and the return of keys on the day of departure went extremely smoothly as well. I would certainly stay at this apartment again without any hesitation."

"The instructions for accessing the flat were clear and easy to follow, with detailed information about entry, the key location, and how everything worked. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. The flat is in an excellent location for exploring Nice, with several grocery stores nearby, which was very convenient. Despite its central location, the flat was very quiet, and having an elevator from ground level made access easy. There was also a well-equipped set of cooking pans and kitchen utensils, which we especially appreciated during our longer stay. The bed, sheets, and pillows were excellent and very comfortable. The space is good for two adults."
