"I rarely write reviews but I feel I have to for this location. A truly beautiful home with a stunning and peaceful pool. Breakfast was superb,home made and would not be matched in 5 star hotel. The hosts are very kind and helped us have a wonderful holiday in Nimes. You could stay in every location on bookings com and not find nicer people than these hosts. Thank you so much."

"Best location in Ajaccio, next to everything! There’s a supermarket in just down the building. Sea view is breathtaking. The apartment is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay"

"It’s a spacious gîte with all the comforts you have at home. The host is your neighbor, a friendly man called Franck. Although Frack is a true Frenchman he speaks English better than you would expect. He is not very “in your face” but if you ask him something he is more than willing to help you find your way around the area. We loved that it’s just a 40 minute drive from Paris. But if if the city does not appeal to you Chantilly/Senlis has so much to offer. For all the coffee lovers. The photo’s show only a nespresso device but there is also a filter machine and a frenchpress."

The setting was absolutely stunning—full of character, charm, and history. Every room felt special, with elegant décor and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was fantastic and quickly became a favourite spot for both the kids and adults to unwind. The gardens and outdoor areas were peaceful and private, ideal for long meals, laughter, and special moments together. self-catering worked perfectly for our group, allowing us to enjoy local produce and create unforgettable meals. This château isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Truly a magical setting for a milestone celebration. We’ll treasure the memories forever."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Everything was amazing. Christèle was very friendly, helpful and made us feel like home. Her cats are adorable! The centre of the city is not far. If you enjoy walking its a 25 minute walk to the centre. Otherwise you can take the bus or the subway as the stops are near the house."

"Plenty of space and lots of light. It’s proximity to Port-Royal metro station was a bonus coming from Charles de Gaulle Airport & for transport to places of interest in central Paris. Small supermarket a few doors up the street, Boulangerie & spotless butcher’s shop which supplied freshly cooked chickens, ham, & cooked vegetables perfect for a meal eaten in the apartment. The addition of a microwave would be an asset."
