"The view of the sea from the very nice and spacious balcony is perfect. The apartment is roomy and the four of us (2 adults and 2 children) felt that we had enough room. Coming home to the villa after nice day on the beach gives you a real Mediterranean feeling. The small shop and the very good bakery are both accessible within a 10 to 15 minutes walk along the beach which gives you a lovely start to the morning."

"We chose this location with the expectation that the swimming pool would be right next to villa. However, this is not the case and you have to walk for about 10 minutes in order to reach it . This made me feel that the place was a bit overpriced, especially considering the extra charges as you pay for bed sheets (20 Euro per bed), the cleaning service (90 Euro) and some kind of fancy extra (50 Euro). Fortunately, Laurent was friendly enough to wave these extra cots when he understood our disappointment. I should have checked google maps to realize that there is a - luckily not very busy - road between the villa's front garden and the beach"

"Die Unterstützung auch in Notfällen (Defektes Fahrzeug aufgrund eines Unfalles) war außergewöhnlich. Die Abwicklung des Reparaturaufkommens und der Terminabsprache wurde von Herrn Laurent übernommen. Die Lage und die ganze Atmosphäre des Hauses und der Umgebung sind Herausragend. Absolut empfehlenswert."

"Magnifiquement située la villa l Ensoleillade est à un jet du bord de mer plage de l Argentière avec son chemin du littoral qui nous mène jusqu’au fort de Bregançon Incroyable vue sur les îles de Porquerolles Port Cros et du Levant à déguster sans modération"

"Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, man hat aus den oberen Wohnungen eine super Sicht auf den Strand. Der Autoparkplatz ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Es gibt eine Strandpromenade über viele Kilometer, auch über Klippen. Fahrradfahren kann man sehr gut. Es gibt gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege. Im Winter ist es sehr ruhig und leer."

"Im Haus ist alles da, was man benötigt. Es gibt nur französische Fernsehsender. Und bitte große Bettwäsche und Spannbetttücher mitbringen."

"Der Strand ist durch Tore getrennt, die man mit Schlüssel oder Code öffnen kann. Zu Fuss ist ein schöner Wanderweg entlang der Küste erreichbar."

"Une vue mer exceptionnelle matin, midi et soir ! Emplacement à proximité direct de la plage et accès à la piscine de la résidence qui est très agréable également. Les plages a proximités sont tres bien pour les familles mais pas assez de fonds pour les amateurs de plongées ! Cependant les villes de Hyeres et du lavandou sont à proximité et permettent de rapidement trouvés des fonds marins !"

"Difficile d’être au calme sur la terrasse puisque il y’a toujours du monde à la plage. (Mais n’est ce pas la contrepartie pour cette vue mer et cette proximité !?)"

"Die Lage direkt am Meer ist nicht zu toppen: In wenigen Sekunden ist man am Strand, keine Planung oder Logistik notwendig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung läßt ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig, technische Geräte in der Küche und Sanitäranlagen machen einen "erneuerten" Eindruck. Gut sind auch die Parkmöglichkeiten für PKW: ausreichend und auch geräumig."

"Die Immobilie selbst ist schon älter. Dies merkt man z.B. an einer gewissen"Hellhörigkeit" mangels zeitgemäßer Isolation. Auch das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage wird sich im Hochsommer nicht als Vorteil erweisen."
