"A charming old house right in the middle of the little town of Vervins, so close to the town's restaurant facilities. The rather bland front gives way to an Olde Worlde interior of coach entry-way , court-yard and a warren of staircases and corridors. All is clean and tidy and the welcome warm and very friendly. Loads of hot water for the shower and a good continental breakfast made for a very good, simple stop-over."

"La fraicheur de la maison : environ 23°5 pour 38° dehors ! La possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. Les fauteuils sur la terrasse. Le calme. La qualité de l'aménagement de la salle de bain et la disposition des lieux préservant l'intimité ! La disponibilité et la gentillesse de nos hôtes attendant qu'on les appelle le dimanche avant de partir."

"The cottage has good puzzles, books and games. We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 children (7 and 9 years old), and they loved their stay. The beds were very comfortable, the sauna was easy to use and the host had already prepared the fireplace for our arrival. We didn't do any cooking, because Normandy was feeding us a little too well, but the kitchen was well set up and full of cookery books. We were out of season (Feb half term) so limited options nearby, but our daughter had three hours at the local Poney club (near Tovey) and we all went to Arb'Adventure for treetop climbing. Dieppe has great restaurants and beaches."
