"Der absolute Knaller ist das kombinierte Wohn-Eßzimmer mit bodentiefer Verglasung und einem nicht einsehbaren Weitblick auf teile der Stadt, dem Hafen und natürlich dem Meer. Den gleichen Blick hat man von der Riesenterrasse ein paar Treppen tiefer, einfach traumhaft, wow. Die top offene Küche ist hier ebenfalls angegliedert u. mit allem ausgestattet. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail möbliert, eigentlich eher designt. In Summe voll ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Preis-Leistung im Okt. top. Das Auto parkt im geschlossenen Hof, eigentlich könnte man direkt ins Schlafzimmer fahren und ausladen. Vermieter ist super nett u. absolut hilfsbereit mit Tipps etc. Wenn wir wieder nach Bastia kommen, dann hierher. Die GPS-Koordinaten haben uns direkt vor die Einfahrt geführt, ansonsten dürfte es etwas schwieriger werden, aber Paul hilft auch hier weiter. Als Ausgangslage mit dem Auto prima."

The apartment is conveniently located about 5 minutes from the city center by bus, with a bus stop right next to the building and several grocery stores nearby. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and clean. The apartment exceeded my expectations, and overall Rennes is a beautiful and safe city with plenty of interesting places to visit. 10/10"

"Home from home. Lovely Maisonette. I booked this for a short getaway Christmas break for my family. The Maisonette was clean and well equipped with all that we need. The host was super kind. She left us a bottle of bubbly as a welcome/Christmas gift. This is really nice of her. The area was calm with lovely practical shops around to visit."
