"Only thing is that they expect you to throw away your own trash under threat of taking the security deposit. Which I find a bit much but IF you do, at least provide adequate information on WHERE to throw away WHAT. i don't want to run around Rennes with my garbage and my luggage trying to figure that out"
"Excellent location in the old town close to lots of shops and cafes, small but well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice shower, lovely views from all windows! Other reviews seem to mention noise; but we found it okay even on Friday/Saturday nights in August it was only gentle noise from restaurants near the flat (note it was not student term time so may be different at other times of year)."
"One of the chairs at the table was broken before arrived and not possible to sit on - we contacted the agency and they said they couldn’t replace it as they had to order another, so we couldn’t both sit and eat together at the table which was a shame. Stairs were very steep and narrow - not suitable for big suitcases!"
