"It’s was great time . Apartment is modern with fantastic terrace and sea views. About location: for me was good I prefer active long walks . Airport 30 min walk, (I was only with backpack) , train station 25 min walk -nice option to travel to Monaco and Cannes . Also you can use the tram , stop nearby and it’s very handy ( airport, station,city center) . One day I spent on the beach 🏖️ ( 10-15min walk from apartment) supermarket the same distance. -Good wi fi"

"Apartament jest duży, czysty, wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba na pobyt. Dużym atutem jest przestronny taras, na którym można zjeść śniadanie z widokiem na morze. Lokalizacja apartamentu bardzo dobra - z lotniska można w łatwy sposób dostać się tramwajem (odległość kilku przystanków), do centrum Nicei ok. 20 min tramwajem, w pobliżu znajduje się również stacja kolejowa. Gospodarze pomocni, zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Polecam!"

"Nous avons apprécié la terrasse bien aménagée, la vue mer. L’agence de l’appartement parfait pour 3 personnes La proximité avec la station de Tram."
"L’appartement n’était vraiment pas propre. Il n’a pas été récupéré depuis des mois je pense. C’est vraiment dommage car il est hyper sympa mais vraiment pas propre. Le tapis du salon 🫨, il n’a jamais dû être aspiré. Autre point très important la porte d’entrée ne ferme pas à clef…. Donc la nuit vous dormez la porte ouverte ! Niveau sécurité c’est carrément moyen."

"Ein traumhaftes Anwesen, das von Philipp und Marie-Victoire geführt wird. Unsere Fahrräder konnten überdacht untergebracht werden und unsere nassen Sachen direkt in einem beheizten Keller getrocknet werden. Abends hat uns Marie-Victoire bekocht, das Essen war unglaublich lecker. Das Frühstück war einfach perfekt, auch glutenfrei"

"Nous avons aimé la praticité pour la récupération des clefs. A notre arrivée le chauffage était allumé, ce qui est appréciable. La baignoire à remous est juste top ! ( Serviettes et peignoirs à disposition) La décoration de l'appartement est superbe. Environnement calme. Lit king size et matelas trop confortable. Le seul petit bémol est pour se garer. Parfait pour un weekend ou quelques jours. Excellent rapport qualité prix !"
