"Perfect location in centreal Paris and a very safe neighborhood. I had previously lived in Paris for many years and I have always been loving this disrrict. Parc Montsouris nearby is a peral which you will like to take a morning walk every day. Easily connected to anywhere. What surprised me is the stunning views. Can you imagine that you can see Sacre Coeur from your window! If there were no new buildings that under construction, you should also be able to see the dome of Pantheon. What a pity."

"Small improvment of the facilities may be great (e.g. some handles of cuboards are not properly fixed). Understand that with this price it is totally acceptable and we had no issues at all."

"As we were I Paris to visit the catacombs it was ideally located. The Luxembourg gardens led to a fantastic walk on the Friday."
