"Excellent place. So much praise for our wonderful host, Patrick. It's exactly what we were looking for. Free, private parking, dogs allowed. 2 mins walk to the beach. Comfy and with great facilities - fully equipped kitchen, gated large garden, bathroom and comfy bed. We booked for one night and ended up staying for 3! I saw some people complaining about the outside, but this place is rustic! Take it for what it is! If you want to go to the Ritz, go to the Ritz. If you want a cozy house with a charming host, excellent facilities and a great location, come here."

"I am writing following my 1 night stay here. After 17 years of visiting Vias I’d never stayed here before. Wow what a location! If you are looking for a clean bed, apartment and amenities as well as the beach 10 seconds away then the stay here will tick every box. The apartment is definitely value for money and this needs to considered as it is a little dated but you get what you pay for. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The welcome I received from Patrick was above and beyond. He couldn’t be any more accommodating and left a lovely bottle of Rose as a welcome. First class service, thank you so much. Therese"

"Patrick is a very friendly and responsive owner. Every single problem and request was resolved very quickly. He met us and followed our car when the entrance was closed on the WE. Brilliant location, it cannot be better on this beach. About 3-5 mins to get to the sea. The perfect shopping street is 2 minutes away from there. Having a parking slot there is an amazing option in this region. There are 3 different apartments and each apartment has its own isolated courtyard with a table. Very cozy. There is a common grill place for everybody though. We could leave our SUP board in front of the entrance. No need to in/deflate it every day. The owner kindly provided us with a trolley for SUP. It was really convenient. You can easiliy wash your feet from the sand before coming inside to apartments. The air conditioning works perfectly. It's like a small community there. You can chat with your neighbors or owner if you wish. I hope next year we will be there again."

"20 hours of driving from Austria and paid routes in France:) It's possible to find any cons everywhere if you wish, but all the cons that we found were fixed quickly by the owner."
