"Eigen parkeerplaats op een afgesloten terrein. Eigen tuintje waar je direct (200 mtr) naar het strand toe kan. Eigen douche, wasmachine en keuken met alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenaar is goed bereikbaar en zijn werk is op 200 mtr afstand dus je kunt makkelijk naar hem toe."
"Helaas geen airco aanwezig maar met genoeg schaduw in de ochtend en avond en een ventilator was het prima cool te houden. Eigenaar spreekt weinig engels maar google translate en de moeite die hij doet is goed. Geen wifi aanwezig en internet 4G/5G is niet altijd super daar."

"We stayed here for one night as a family of four on our way to Spain, and it was the perfect stopover. The location is excellent - right in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand, just a few minutes’ walk from all the main attractions and spots in town. The flat itself is compact but very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The secured car park directly across the street was a huge bonus for us and made things much easier. The host was really friendly and helpful which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Clermont-Ferrand - whether it’s for a quick stop like ours or a longer visit"

"Pleasant accomodation. Due to time of year garden was muddy and pool closed. Not owners fault of course!! We were able to sit out with a glass of vino though!! Only a microwave, coffee machine so bring suitable food."

"La Rustica and Luis the host was excellent. The house was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The host left us bread, apple juice, jam and coffee which was a lovely touch. Communication and directions were clear. We were visiting Puy du Fou and the location was very good. There was a lovely garden and covered area to sit in. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you would need is included. Definitely recommend."
