"The studio has a very good location. In front of the building is a bus station. The area și very safe. The area has restaurants, bars and markets very near. It is a quiet place. The communication with the host was very good even if he does not speak English, he sent me photos which were very helpful and informative."

"La disponibilité et la réactivité de l'hôte ainsi que la clarté de ses instructions. Le logement est bien situé, calme, dans une cour. Rien à redire. Très bien pour une nuit de passage. à 600m du T2 avec une épicerie ouverte tard juste à côté. Je suis très satisfait et j'y reviendrai. Bon rapport qualité prix."

"La ubicación es excelente, fácil acceso al servicio de transporte público (estación de bus y metro). Zonas de comida variada para comer y supermercados cerca. El lugar tiene todo lo necesario para descansar después de mucho caminar por París. Un toque excelente es que tiene máquina de café con pods (incluyendo los pods) y para hacer te. café. La cocina tiene lo necesario si se quiere cocinar, a nosotros nos sirvió mucho. Nos quedaríamos allí nuevamente."

"Price to confort ratio was good, the view of the mountains was nice. Location is a bit weird as is across the train tracks so it was a bit difficult for pederstrians to reach mountains, but tourist city center was a 20 min walk. With car it's no problem to reach close supermarkets and around there are some nice places to eat or boulangeries. Host was responsive and amiable, the studio was clean and had every ameneties needed for cooking/living."

"We had a very enjoyable relaxing family holiday based in Vannes. The accommodation was modern, clean, and spacious and the wi-fi works. The hosts (Nathalie and Jean-Yves), who we met on the second day, were welcoming and provided suggestions on places to visit. For the first few days, we did not the use the car. We were able to swim and relax at Presqu'ile de Concleau which is within about 30 minutes walking distance, and there is a bus stop close to the accommodation which can take you directly to the centre of Vannes or to ferries to islands in the Gulf of Morbihan. For the latter part of the holiday, we travelled to some of the numerous beautiful beaches in the Gulf of Morbihan area."
"When we entered this apartment, we felt instantly at home. What a great start to our holiday! Lucy is an excellent host. She welcomed us on arrival, explained how everything worked and surprised us with a welcome gift of breakfast ingredients and a nice bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. l'Anita was spacious, beautifully decorated, cosy, quiet, and very clean. It had everything we needed (e.g. all necessary kitchen equipment, hair drier, very comfortable bed, fantastic hot shower, etc.) and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains, our private parking space (something a lot of apartments don't have!), the peace and quiet, and the fact that we were able to start on a loop walk straight from the house, leading us towards the stunning Esterel Massif as well as through beautiful Théoule-sur-Mer. We could not have chosen a better accomodation for exploring the region and can highly recommend it!"
