"A képek és a valóság között nincs különbség. Mindent elhelyeztek itt, amire szükségem volt, az ablak előtti íróasztal nagyon jó ötlet. Nagyon kellemes ágynemű, jó matrac, csendes szomszédok."
"Üveg palackoknak való tároló van a kapu előtt és nem mindenki tartja be a szabályt, hogy éjjel már ne dobják be az üvegeket. Időnként felriadtam a zajra. Erről a lakás tulajdonosa természetesen nem tehet."

"L'appartement est très bien situé, pas besoin de la voiture si vous circuler sur Royan même.Nous avons trouvés facilement des places de parking autour de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec une très belle terrasse petit bémol il n'y a pas de climatisation heureusement que nous sommes arrivés quand la canicule était terminé."
