"Location right next to Metro in quieter part of city. Bright, airy studio with good facilities. Kettle, microwave, toaster provided. Microwave and fridge. Excellent value for money."

"La ubicación es excelente, en barrio céntrico pero calle tranquila. Llegamos a pie desde la estación de tren (Gare de Montparnasse), y desde allí nos hemos movido en bicicleta a los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad: Eiffel, Louvre, Notre Dame, Musée d'Orsay, place de la Republique, pont de Bercy... Además, el estudio es cómodo y agradable, esta equipado con lo necesario (puedes comer ahi...), baño propio, todo nuevo, ventanas grandes..."

Грязно: постельное белье не менялось в различных пятнах, простынь была в чьих то волосах( пол и плинтуса в черной пыли, пришлось все вытирать влажными салфетками. 3 Нет крючков для одежды. 3.Потолок протекал. хорошо что дождь закончился, весь пол был в луже! 4. Посуда была жирной, лучше класть одноразовую посуду (хотя бы стаканы для воды) 5. Стульчак был сломан. На самом деле если просто убирать нормально помещение и менять чистое свежее постельное белье - все будет супер! Чистота и гигиена прежде всего, это очень важно! Окна красивые в комнате, была кухня можно приготовить покушать)"

"Чудові апартаменти, в наявності були всі, зазначені власником умови, власна кухня та вбиральня. Зручне розташування, багато доступного громадського транспорту поруч: метро, автобуси. Також поруч кав‘ярні, магазини, аптеки. Сподобалось ставлення власника, коли я зателефонувала, він люб‘язно надіслав усі дані та все пояснив. Чудові апартаменти з гарним видом. Ідеально для проживання у Парижі! Дуже дякую"

"You feel like at home, I was surprised by the message I received as soon as I made the reservation, They conveyed a welcome message in my language. Guy on the hotel recepciton was friendly, It was 22:05 when I got off the bus from Bar-le-Duc, There was no bus to go to the hotel at night, I called the hotel and asked how to get there, He very kindly sent the hotel employee to pick me up from Bar-le-Duc, There was a 16 km road to pick me up, I'm suprised.. Hotel is so clean and very quiet, thanks for everything Hotel le Valeran.."
