"Overall excellent. Very clean, with a pretty courtyard, secure parking and a superb location for trams and the centre of town. Mme Raya was very welcoming and very helpful and left some fruit and supplies for us when we arrived and even got us fresh bread and croissants at the weekend. It's worth noting that access to the apartment and to the upstairs room are via a steep spiral staircases, not at all a problem for us, but might be difficult for some."
"Staying in this studio was a fantastic experience. The space was clean, efficiently designed, and perfectly located for exploring the local area. Great location very next to promenade des anglais, seamless check-in, everything in strict accordance wirth the listing. Parking can be a bit tricky nearby, so plan ahead. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making fill right at home. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable home base."
