"There was no hand soap and no dish washing products. Maybe to have the cleaning products for the bathroom would be good when someone stays longer, since it is a flat and there is no cleaning on a daily basis. Also, it would be great to have more toilet papers. Small details as coffee and tea bags upon arrival would be nice detail."

"In my opinion more than two towels should be available for one person for 5 days of stay. Also towels should be different sizes, for hands and for body. Also more than one paper role should be in bathroom. It would be great if there would be coffee capsules/tea bags available in the kitchen at least for a first day of stay."
"The location is perfect. It is directly in the middle of Castres with easy access to cafes, restaurants etc. The windows are double glazed reducing noise with indoor shutters keeping out light."

"Appartement en hyper centre très lumineux et bien équipé. Nous avons eu qq petits soucis de communication avec les hôtes car apparement ils n’avaient pas les bonnes coordonnées… du coup cela n’a pas été évident de récupérer les clés , d’autant que nos hôtes étaient en période de plein rush (marche de noël) pour leur activité de restauration. Une solution a été trouvée assez rapidement et les propriétaires sont vraiment des gens sympathiques et arrangeants. A ce propos, c’est top de pouvoir proposer un service de restauration à emporter ou sur place avec une boisson offerte pour l’occasion! La soupe à l’oignon était au top! J’ai adoré le fait de pouvoir rester tard le matin du départ(à la base, midi) d’autant que nos hôtes nous ont accordé le droit de rester un peu plus que prévu ( je passais un examen dans l’après midi et il était difficile de patienter dehors jusqu’à l’heure de celui ci )"
