"We chose this property en route to Spain. It was 5 and half hrs drive from the ferry port of Cherbourg, were we docked after our 4 & a half hrs journey from Poole, Dorset. It was beautiful, private, secure & relaxing. Definitely well equipped, for a those wanting a longer stay than ours, which sadly was just overnight. Sylvie & Alaine we’re lovely hosts, very friendly, warm and welcoming. Embarrassingly our French wasn’t as good as Alaine’s English. They had supplied us with local biscuits, milk, tea, coffee and some cold drinks. Which we very much appreciated. There was also a swimming pool that we could have used, but sadly time didn’t permit, on this occasion. We would with out a doubt recommend this property and would definitely stay again if travelling the same route again."

"The location is just superb. Quiet and with stunning views of the surrounding fields and hills. Hard to find this serenity in the midst of Lavender season in Provence, where the main locations are packed. This place is a gem."

"Location was excellent. Good walks from the property through vineyards to the river. An easy drive to beautiful St Émilion and its many attractions. Supermarket minutes away . Lovely lounge and good kitchen. Great garden. Great hosts."
