"The staircase that leads up to the appartment was well cleaned when we arrived, but after two days lots of dead insects had gathered on one of the lower floors. Obviously the neighbours downstairs did not feel compelled to remove them."

"La ubicación del apartamento era excelente. La terraza era muy amplia y nos permitía desayunar en ella. La cama principal era muy cómoda, y tenía dos juegos de almohadas, uno blando y otro más duro. La cama secundaria, en la que dormían las niñas, era un sofá desplegable, pero muy cómodo igualmente. Que el apartamento incluya plaza de parking es un gran ahorro, ya que en el centro de Biarritz es muy complicado aparcar"

"Die Lage in der Nähe des Port Vieux, in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Aquarium, Jardin Public, Restaurants, Bäckerei, Supermarkt... hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zentral und belebt, aber nicht zu laut. Auf dem schönen Balkon kann man abends das Licht des Leuchtturms sehen und natürlich das Badetuch trocknen. Die Absprache zur Schlüsselübergabe mit Anastasia hat super geklappt."

"Die Lage des Apartments mitten in der Stadt und nah zu den Stränden ist super. Auch ohne Auto sehr gut machbar. Die Wohnung liegt allerdings im 4. OG ohne Fahrstuhl. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig."

"Der Balkon sah auf dem Foto schöner aus, als er war. Die Zimmerhöhe über dem Doppelbett war sehr niedrig und wir haben uns mehrmals an den Balken der Decke gestoßen."

"Besonders auf dem sehr schönen Balkon merkt man sehr deutlich das die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt liegt! Insbesondere die vielen Motorräder ohne vernünftige Schalldämmung sind stören! Hier kann nur die Stadt eine Lösung finden!"
