"Si vous n'êtes pas dérangé par l'absence de lumière (pas de fenêtre) et l'odeur d'humidité, vous apprécierez ce super emplacement (entre Bastille et gare de Lyon), spacieux, propre (sauf quelques moisissures sous le lavabo du fait de l'humidité), et bien chauffé (ça compte en hiver !). A chacun selon ses critères."

"Es ist ein kleines Studio, hübsch eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Die Betten sind bequem und man hat einen ruhigen Schlaf. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgewogen und die Lage ist prima. Metro, Café, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in Laufweite."
"Etwas mehr Information wäre schön gewesen, z.B. ein Zettel in Englisch über die Bedienung vom Heizlüfter im Bad und der Klimaanlage im Zimmer."
"Skvělá lokalita v blízkosti centra, metra a vlakového nádraží, v okolí příjemné restaurace a pekárna. Klid v domě. Vybavení v bytě je velmi dobré, byt působí příjemným dojmem studentského bytu. K dispozici je při chladném počasí dostatek přikrývek, pohovka je rozkládací, lze na ní pohodlně spát. Komunikace s majitelem bezproblémová, klíče k dispozici v klíčovém trezoru u dveří, takže ani pozdní příjezd či brzký odjezd není problém."
"V bytě bylo velké množství prachu (vrstva na nábytku), ani podlaha nebyla příliš čistá. 16ti letá dcera je na prach alergická, takže měla problém i přesto, že užívá antihistamika. Jedná se o byt v původně nebytovém prostoru, bez oken, větrání možné pouze vstupními dveřmi. Koupelna je tím pádem špatně odvětrávaná a poměrně dost zapáchala, místy byla na stěnách plíseň. Při krátkodobém pobytu to není až takový problém, pro delší pobyt a alergiky nemohu doporučit."

"Die Atmosphäre auf einem Kahn ist schon besonders. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber lässt den Charme vom Kahn gut spüren. Wer Komfort braucht ist hier falsch. Die vorbei fahrenden Boote lassen sich prima beobachten, es wird nie langweilig. Viel Platz im Wohnraum, für Innenstadt sehr ruhig, da der Kahn unterhalb der Straße liegt. Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind gut abgeschirmt, die Betten liegen tief, die Bullaugen sind schalldicht. Die Holzdielen vermitteln Behaglichkeit. Das Wassergeräusch und Bewegung ist gut wahrnehmbar, aber beruhigt. Die Sitzecke auf dem Deck bringt viel Entspannung. Blick zum Eifelturm. 15min zur U-Bahn, 8min bis zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 2min zur sehr guten Gastronomie, 1min zu einem schönen Park (laufen möglich) ..., Kein Fernseher -prima!"
