"The owner was very friendly, welcoming and showed us everything. He really took time to explain everything to us and answer any questions or give suggestions on what to visit, where to eat etc. The flat was really tidy and very clean. Everything was pretty new and the view from the balcony was very beautiful. The place is located perfectly: near to the beach but also to the centre. All in all we'd like to give it a 10/10. Perfect experience. Very recommended. We'll return as soon as possible."

"Extremely clean, modern and comfortable apartment, literally a couple of minutes walking distance from the beach and the old town. The apartment had all the necessary equipment, and the bathroom was great! The host Mathieu is such a nice guy, willing to help and made our stay very pleasant! Highly recommended - would definitely rent again in the future!"

"Parking situation can be a bit of an issue during high season, but Mathieu gave us instructions and helped out with that"

"La proximité de la Tour Eiffel était le critère principal lors de ma recherche d'hébergement et j'ai été très bien servie ! La station de métro École militaire et le supermarché Carrefour à moins de 5 minutes à pied ont été très facilitant. L'appartement était propre, bien équipé (avec des équipements de qualité et fonctionnels) et le lit était confortable. L'immeuble était très calme. Ari a facilité notre arrivée en me faisant visiter l'appartement et en répondant à mes questions concernant le quartier."

"The apartment is truly great. First of all, the location is the best. It's only a 1-minute walk to the main street of the city, but it's very quiet on the street near the building both day and night. You can take a small table outside and enjoy a glass of wine on an old French street. Secondly, all the beaches are also close by. There is an amazing promenade with lots of restaurants nearby. You can also buy food at supermarkets and cook for yourself, which is great because the apartment has everything you need. The apartment is not big, but it's very cozy, and the hostess is very welcoming. She always helped with all our questions."
