"It was value for money. Very comfortable for 6 people to share double beds. There is a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The location was next to a bus stop and very near to the metro line 7. Very near (20 metres) to a supermarket with all the necessities."

"There was a distraction noice from the entrance door and the use of the bins that are located outside the only one window. There was another window in the room but it opened in a warehouse."

"Solo due docce che non erano bene quindi usciva acqua, pochi rotoli di carta igienica per 6 persone, alcune cose come l'acqua e le Cialde del caffè erano 3 o 4 e non per 6 persone mentre mancavano zucchero e sale. In due stanze mancano i comodini"

"Saubere Unterkunft mit allem Notwendigen. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Paris, wenn man nicht so viel in der Wohnung ist. Sehr schönes und geräumiges Badezimmer."

"Im Aufenthaltsraum hört man das Treppenhaus sehr laut. Die Tür knallt, als ob sie direkt neben einem wäre und stört sehr. Auch das Benutzen der Treppe nach oben ist in der Wohnung deutlich zu hören. In der Wohnung gibt es nur zwei Fenster, die man öffnen kann. Sie zeigen jedoch entweder direkt in eine Abstellecke oder auf die Mülltonnen. Die Schlafzimmer können nicht abgedunkelt werden. Wir haben weniger als 400 EUR pro Nacht bezahlt und waren nur zum Schlafen da. Dafür war es ganz ok. Aber ich habe gerade bei Booking Preise um die 1.000 EUR für die Wohnung gesehen, das ist es meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht wert."

"6人で過ごしたのですが、 暮らすようにパリを楽しめました。 立地もよく、すぐ横はスーパーだし カフェや食べるところもたくさんありました。 なにより1階なので、エレベーターのあることが少ないパリでは助かりました"

"The entire apartment and the easy access to everywhere. Everything I needed for my family was in the apartment and the cleanliness was out of the world. It looks better when you get in than in the photos. To me, the apartment is more like a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. No stairs to climb as I have a one year old so it was an easy access with the pram. Easy to get to the property manager/owner, swift response to every question."
