"Fantastic location right next to the Sorbonne and within easy walking distance of so many great cafes, restaurants and Parisian sights. Very comfortable rooms, larger than standard for Paris, well equipped and spotless, with friendly staff. Loved the little personalised card and the chocolates in the room on arrival. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Paris."

"As coffee addicts we would have preferred a couple of extra capsules in the room, and the coffee machine was a little temperamental! However, this was a very minor issue in an otherwise lovely stay."

"The hotel is in an excellent location with bus, metro and train stops all just a short walk away. The Notre Dame and the Luxembourg Gardens are in walking distance. There are plenty of brassieres around all within walking distance too. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable."

"We literally liked everything about the hotel and this made out stay so enjoyable. First and foremost the people. The people of the hotel were so polite and also very eager to help when needed or answer any question we had. There was a 24/7 reception which is a big plus. The room was very clean and it was also cleaned every day. It might be a typical small hotel room, but it is very well designed and we never felt that the room was too tiny. Great shower, with amazing water pressure and temperature, that takes away any tiredness from the day’s activities. The hotel’s location is great! It’s located in a really nice neighbourhood, and it’s very close to sightseeings and bars, but also away enough from the bars to be very quiet as well."

"One minor thing that I didn’t like was the fact that our room had carpet floor, but this is a personal preference."

"Only small complaint was our safe didn’t work, and due to a couple of bad experiences previously, we like to have a working safe in the room. They said it would be fixed but it wasn’t."

"The whole staff was absolutely delightful, especially Laurent. The room was tastefully decorated and very silent. We were smack in the middle of the 5ème arrondissement, right beside the Sorbonne and within 5 minutes of the Panthéon and Notre Dame."

"The shower tended to soak the floor of the bathroom, but I've found that to be the case in all of Europe. The room was also on the small side, but nothing that detracted from our experience. The bed was a little too hard for my taste, but comfortable enough."

"Good central location. Hotel was very stylish and clean. Train station from the airport is very close to the hotel, no taxi required. Walked to most of the major attractions as it's possible from that location. Could not comment on breakfast as we never had any there. Liked how our room had shower separate from the toilet. Cleanliness was top notch, 5 star to housekeeping staff. Coffee machine in the room was good to have and reception was happy to give us extra pods when we asked them. Room was more specious than I expected in the city centre. All reception and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, from tips for where to find clothes shopping to layout of the city etc. I would recommend Select Hotel. Looking forward to our next trip."

"Really quiet room, location was amazing and walking distance to Notre Dame. Service was impeccable, shout out to Yassine, Laurent and Trisha, all so friendly and attentive. They also kept our bags when we arrived early and on our last day which made things so easy, and the room was cleaned daily while we were out."

"Honestly nothing major to complain about. If I had to say something, the room was on the smaller side but that is pretty standard for Paris, so it did not take away from the stay at all."
