"The location was very close to Promenade des Anglais and to the sea, to many shops and to Le Negresco. The host awaited for us to hand in the keys, everything worked well, very easy to get around and the apartment was fully equipped, we did not miss anything."

"Location is very near beach and you can see the sea from balcony. Air conditioning worked well and there was also washing machine to do laundy and dry them in balcony. There is Carrefour nearby and also one 24h market. Beds, kitchen and bathroom were good. Apartment was cozy. All good."

"A lakás nagyon jól felszerelt, minden megtalálható benne, amire az 1 hét alatt szükségünk volt (mosógép, mosogatógép, vasaló, hajszárító...). Néhány perc sétára több pékség is van, így minden reggel friss péksütemény került az asztalra. Szintén néhány percre két nagyobb supermarket is található, így bármikor könnyedén be tudtunk vásárolni. A csodálatos nizzai tengerpart pedig kb. 2 perces sétára található. Nizza óvárosába többször besétáltunk esténként, ami kb. 20-30 percnyi séta volt a tengerpart mellett."

"It is now my favorite place to stay in Nice with family for 3-4 days. Fully recommended for facilities and proximity to the center. It is not super modern, though bathroom is fully renovated, but it has its charm of truly French apartments in south of France."

"we loved arriving in a clean house with crispy clean white bedlinnen and towels. The top apartment is cozy and friendly, with personal touches that really appealed to us. Beds are good. Kitchen has abundant equipment, good knives, a great variety of pots and pans. Nice cozy kitchen, separate from the living room; we could easily fit in either of them with all 6 of us. Every door has a row of hooks to hang towels, clothes etc. Plenty extra blankets/ throws, but the heating was good, so we barely used them. Contact with the host was good and friendly and helpful. Many thanks for sharing your place."
