"La ubicación es excepcional y los anfitriones son muy atentos; además, responden con mucha rapidez. Recomiendo totalmente el lugar: es cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Hay múltiples estaciones de metro cercanas y también es posible caminar a muchos sitios de interés. La cama es cómoda; se trata de un sofá que se despliega y se convierte en una cama de muy buen tamaño. Desde la ventana se alcanza a ver la punta de la Torre Eiffel, lo que hace de la experiencia en París algo aún más especial. Recomiendo este lugar por su ubicación, su funcionalidad y la calidad de sus anfitriones"

"The heating is weak. The heater is next to the bed, but overall, the room is a bit chilly in November. I think it's because the window is wooden and looks flimsy"

"L’emplacement de ce studio est génial. Il y a des stations de bus ou station de métro à moins de 500m. Tout est facilement accessible. Le studio est propre et offre différentes commodités : quelques chaudrons, ustensiles, vaisselle. Par contre, prévoir des ziplocs ou plats pour les restants puisqu’il n’y en n’a pas. Accès à une laveuse qui a l’option sécheuse intégrée. Prévoir quelque chose pour suspendre les vêtements à sécher. Prendre en compte qu’il y a un mini ascenseur (moi + 2 valises et c’était plein) qui couvre les 6 premiers étages, mais le dernier étage est accessible avec un escalier étroit qui tourne (difficile avec les gros bagages). Propriétaire disponible lorsque nécessaire."

"Il n’y a rien que je « n’ai pas aimé ». Il faut surtout s’habituer au format des commodités puisque c’est différent qu’en Amérique. La salle de bain est séparée que par un rideau donc à 2 on a moins d’intimité pour la toilette. Il n’y a pas de chambre avec lit double il s’agit d’un petit studio avec un divan lit. Le lit est assez confortable, mais j’ai eu mal au dos à cause d’une barre en-dessous. La propriétaire m’a laissé un protège-matelas pour ajouter une petite épaisseur. Il n’y a pas de moustiquaire aux fenêtres alors j’ai dormi avec des maringouins, mais pour le reste, le studio offre le nécessaire!"

"The location just a few minutes walk from the Montparnasse Tower is great. This tiny flat is well equipped with tools and dishes for cooking. The heating and supply of hot water were both good."

"If I were tech-savvier, I could have figured out the internet sooner, but I am not, and it took me the first day to get that squared away. The owner was very responsive to my messages. The sofa bed is adequate. Because of the necessity to walk up the last flight of stairs and with narrow corridors, this would not be a good choice for someone with lots of luggage. I travel light, so that was not a problem for me."

"Very kind to let me check in early. Easy communication (IN FRENCH). Elevator goes to the next-to-last floor - so, one flight of stairs up only to top floor apartment. Would be good for a single person or a couple, even for a long stay. I stayed one night. Good value for location."

"Bathroom light hidden behind hot water heater - I eventually found it. It would be nice if host provided the wifi instructions written on the table — I had to message him to find out. I also figured out the radiator, but it would have been nice to have instructions as there were various settings that are not at all like in other countries. The tiny bathroom only has a curtain to close it off, so couples that want a bit more privacy when using the restroom, beware. Overall a great stay. Small criticisms."
