"Spent eight days at the apartment. Patrice was the perfect host, very attentive, welcoming and considerate. The apartment was quirky and had character with bespoke design features. The balcony was a major plus. Would return again without hesitation."
"Cozy appartment with fantastic location! Ability to wash clothes and make your own room is always positive thing. Everything went smoothly with check-in and -out. Would absolutely recommend this place and will probably book it myself if (or when) we come back to Annecy."
"Parfait!! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable. The best air conditioning, great shower. The location was perfect, opposite the sea and shops and restaurants all around, but no noise when in the apartment. Very easy to access. Host very responsive and helpful. Great value for money. I will be back!"
Catherine Le Phare de la Ciotat
"Our communication with Sylvie was prompt, very helpful and charming. She really wanted to make sure we had a good time in her house, and we certainly did. Everything worked! The electric blinds, the air con, the kitchen… all worked. The house was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and well looked after. Thank you, Sylvie, we will certainly be back!"

The location is very good, proximity to the bus stop and train station allowed us to travel along the Cote d'Azur easily by public transport. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom - all devices worked fine (including air condition, washing machine and dishwasher)."
