"Ce sont des facteurs extérieurs certes, mais qui peuvent avoir un impact selon ou vous êtes situés dans la résidence: - Proximité avec la route où il y a beaucoup de passage (mais beaucoup moins dérangeant en soirée) - Les travaux à proximité lors de notre visite, et l’instructeur de la salle de sport juste en face 😅"
