"Instal•lacions noves i en bon estat. Apartaments grans i ben equipats. Un bon guarda-esquís. La piscina genial després de l’esquiada. Les places de pàrquing amplies. A prop de tot arreu a peu. En general hem passat unes bones vacances."

"Els apartaments no estaven ben nets, haurien de netejar més i a fons. Per accedir dels apartaments a la piscina s’havia de passar pel pàrquing ( quin fred!!). El camí per agafar el telefèric amb molta pendent i escales tant per arribar com per marxar, als nens els costava molt fer el camí. A més ple d’excrements de gos, quin fàstic."

"Welcoming greeting at reception with plenty of information provided about car parking, location of rooms, and other services on offer. Short term parking at the front so that we could collect our keys and then park the car in the car park. Was very easy to do the online check in before hand which made the process quicker. Hotel had everything we needed - easy access to the slopes, boot/ski lockers, good working kitchen with useful starter cleaning pack provided with cleaning cloth and some washing up liquid, warm showers, good heating and plenty of places to sit for all 4 adults. Main hotel areas were very clean."

"As has been highlighted by other travellers the curtains are very thick and the rooms are overlooked so the choice is to shut out the light and not be seen, or leave the curtains open and let others see in. Some thin voile curtains as well would be nice to maintain privacy and keep the light. The pool was lovely during the day for the non-skier in the party but in the late afternoon when the skiers returned was very busy - could the pool be kept open a bit longer with a dedicated adults only session time?"

"Lovely welcome from the evening staff on Saturday 31st. Very attractive reception area. The apartment was warm and cosy with good kitchen facilities. Nice to have a large smart tv which we used for Netflix!"

"Toilet rolls or lack of!! (One roll provided 😂) The apartment was very hot at night even with the radiators turned off."
