"Freundlicher Empfang. Obwohl Booking.com die Reservierung des Appartement bestätigt hatte, lag diese beim Anbieter nicht vor. Das Appartement war nicht verfügbar. Die Chefin hat uns kurzerhand in einem anderen Hotel für die erste Nacht untergebracht und am Folgetag ein größeres Appartment für uns gereinigt. Das war super."
