"Chouette petit studio à Saint-Servan. Très bien situé : 15 min à pied d'Intra-Muros, 30 min à pied de la gare TGV. Proche de la plage (Bas Sablons). Parking. Quartier calme. Studio très bien équipé, confortable et propre. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Bon à savoir : papier toilette/sopalin fourni, produits et matériel d'entretien à disposition, draps et linge de maison non fournis. Hôtes charmantes, nous avons été très bien accueillis :)"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé en plein cœur du centre historique de Vannes. Tout est accessible à pied : les commerces, les restaurants, le marché (mercredi et samedi), ainsi que le port. Malgré cette localisation centrale, l'appartement est étonnamment calme la nuit, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. La literie est très confortable, ce qui est un vrai plus. Damien a été un hôte disponible, réactif et très arrangeant : lorsque notre train de retour a été annulé, il s’est montré prêt à nous laisser le logement une nuit de plus pour nous dépanner."

"Isabelle was an amazing host! She couldn't have done more for us. We stayed here, as my sister was getting married nearby. It was in a lovely, quiet location, offset from the main road. There was a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room. Everything was clean and I couldn't have asked for more. Even when we left something behind after checking out, Isabelle promptly messaged me to let me know. Merci Isabelle!"

"The accommodation "Superbe 2 pièces" is absolutely perfect, I recommend it to absolutely everyone. It is really clean, beautiful and everything worked 100 percent. The owner is absolutely cool, he did everything we needed for us. Accommodation ideal for a family or a couple. The location is 100 percent, I really recommend the rooms are quiet and especially the perfect air conditioning. I give 10 points, 5 stars, really great, I can't wait to come back again. The apartment is completely equipped, really great. I have been to several apartments, but this one is really TOP"
