"This is a basic hotel but it is a perfect choice to stay in isola 2000. It is approx 200m from the shops and restaurants area. The slopes are just another couple of meters beyond the shopping area, meaning this hotel is really perfect for access to the slopes. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and really helpful. The beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen is nicely equipped with all the things you need for a self catering stay. The view from our apartment was amazing… beautiful view of the slopes."

"The hotel was generally clean, but felt it needed a really thorough cleaning. Also, While the hotel is great value for the area, having to pay for sheets and towels brings the value down a bit, even if you are aware of this requirement. They should just include them in the price, and adjust the price accordingly. One final drawback is the lack of an hairdryer. Not extremely important but having one would be a great help to avoid having to take one along."

"Great location and lovely staff. Apartment very clean on arrival and was always warm and plenty of hot water. My suitcase didn’t arrive on our flight and the lady on reception was very helpful and messaged me when it did arrive."

"Would suggest a notice in apartment of what can be recycled and where. Would also recommend a shower mat be provided as standard. People may bring their own towels but doubt they’d bring a shower mat and it’s defiantly needed."
