"The see-through mirrored bathroom divider panel which means you can see into the bathroom if the room lights aren't on. Not great for a family room! Also the room was very warm and the temperature hard to get down to cooler using the in-room air conditioner."

"Sarah - concierge went above our expectation, she did everything for us, booked a Disneyland tickets, Louvre Museum & Eifel tower and so much more. There was no question that she did not answer and the main think for us she did manage and book a NEW Years eve on the boat prior our arrival. If I come back to this hotel will be because of the service sha has provided."
