"We booked 2 rooms but when we arrived only 1 was available. As it was after 9.30pm you have to self check in - we put in the info, it spat out a key card and charged us for 1 room. No customer service to help. We were left with no where for half our group to sleep. Luckily we were able to find 2 rooms (at 11pm & after much stress searching online) at another hotel. Outrageous service. No.comms from hotel & booking.com has also been useless. Do not risk arriving late at night to no find there is no room available. My advice is to book a room at "B&B Hotel"."

"Excellent value. Premiere Classe has quickly become my favourite hotel brand in France! (I’ve stayed in 4 of them.) Clean, functional, comfortable, great Wifi ideal for work video calls, secure parking, and conveniently located to food options and main routes, this one in Bourges was just great for my 3-night stay to get some work done while traveling through France. As well as having private bathrooms (unlike some budget chains), I also love that each room has a small desk and chair. Perfect."

"The bedroom door opens straight outdoors so in the middle of winter you’ll get an icy blast. The window and door could be better sealed for draughts and noise. It’s not a particularly noisy area, there is a road, but at about 4am boy racers were doing burnouts in the area - which the hotel can’t help but better seals on the window and door would’ve quietened this."
