"Warm welcome and outstanding service. The staff remembers me and thoughtfully made arrangements to accommodate my sensitivity to noise, which I truly appreciated. The team is highly professional and extremely trustworthy. I was able to leave valuable belongings with complete peace of mind for several days. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. "Room was bigger and brighter than expected. Bathroom was the same. Location was easy to access. Hotel aesthetics were very nice. We also tried the pizza last night and it was very tasty."

"Two elevators were too small and slow. Most days, one of the two was broken, which made things difficult. Cleanliness was not good. Breakfast was basic and the same every day."

"The room was spacious and clean for a hotel room in Paris. The location was great and the staff was nice enough. They give you two bottles of water every day and the room had a kettle and a coffee machine. Our room faced the back the building, overlooking a very big patio so, it was very silent and light."

"One the reading lamp on the side of the bed was broken. The pillow was very high and they didn´t have other pillow options."

"The team was very welcoming and the rooms where great. The theme of the hotel was super cool and the location was exceptional. We got connecting rooms and the kids loved it. The AC was comfortable and it's a short walk to the key attractions."

"The major issue was the lifts — both were very small, fitting only about 3 people. Also, the hotel's app wasn't fully functional, so we had to contact staff directly for most things."
