"Super comfortable, clean, modern, well equipped place. Ideal for us (2 adults, 2 young kids) All clearly (re)done very recently, giving a true “joy” element to staying here. Spacious rooms, lots of light, great view and balcony, very well equipped kitchen, lovely shower"

"Simply fantastic, a perfect location for a short family break in the sun.. if anything, the reality is better than the pictures.. the apartment has recently been updated and everything needed for 4 guests is on hand, and immaculately clean.. i can recommend without any hesitation at all.. owners responded promptly to all questions, key safe entry was exactly as described.. we should have stayed longer.."

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking panoramic view of the Étang, which can be enjoyed from almost every room in the villa. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The private spa was an incredible bonus, offering the perfect way to unwind while taking in the serene surroundings. "The location is ideal - peaceful and calm, but an easy walk to a supermarket, bakery and restaurant. A slightly longer walk/short drive to the lake, and only 20 minutes drive (30 minute bus) from Annecy. The apartment was really well equipped with everything we needed. The garden was fantastic. Check in and out was easy."
