"I was stuck in the bathroom; something was wrong with the door handle; the door could be opened from the outside, but not from the inside. For the first time, I had my phone with me, so I called the front desk. The receptionist came and opened the door. We both laughed, and he apologized and promised to fix it. But when I accidentally slammed the door again, I didn't have my phone... I was lucky that the receptionist realized the loud knocking was coming from my room; it wasn't funny anymore. so keep your phone with you (((("

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is so convenient, approximately 10 minutes walk to Monmartre and 25 minutes to the city centre."

"Size of both bedroom and bathroom was good on 4th floor - nice little balcony. Plenty of room to move around - shower was decent enough size, compared to previous Paris hotel experiences. There is a safe in each room but no instructions/guidance on how to use and didn't need it in the end, so didn't ask any further. There is a lift, as well as stairs and it seems to be in a decent safe area"

"Radiator was half hanging off wall, but didn't bother me - screws were coming out of wall. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that - but it is offered for 8 Euros I believe."

"It was value for money. Location good. 10 min walk to a metro. Good location for Monmatre. Small rooms but adequate for a short stay. Simple decor but clean and tidy for a 3 star. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Breakfast was OK but could have had more food options. Mainly bread and croissants. A little more attention to detail may have benefited a higher rating. In our room there was no remote for the TV, and the bathroom door handle was loose. Our other room had a loose tap."
