"In 2 mins you may go to champs elysees. House well equiped, owner helpfull. Good to have parking."
"Parking was at -6, and quite narrow. Street was busy and noisy, if you are looking for quiet this is not the house but if you want to be in hearth of paris you are there."
"An exceptionally courteous host. He sent us step-by-step instructions for check-in in advance, including a photo of the building and the door access code. We had a few questions, and he responded immediately. The apartment was comfortable, and both the bathroom and kitchen were brand new."

Le rapport qualité prix par rapport au Claridge, juste en face est exceptionnel car on a une grande surface, mieux équipé et moins cher. En plus il est possible de faire le check in plus tôt et le check out plus tard, que demander de plus...."

"Spacious, well equipped with 2 airconditioned rooms, electric window blinds, washing machine (even detergent), and nice shower and toilet room. Television with streaming services and decent wifi. Plenty of parking space next to the front door on own property, so easy loading/unloading bags from car to apartment."

"It's a beautiful apartment, spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean, near a few supermarkets, shops and the beach. The furniture and decorations are of very good quality and taste, the kitchen is small but it has everything you need to cook your own meals. There is also a large balcony overlooking a patio with plants and flowers, with a table and chairs, it was lovely and relaxing to sit there. Also, there is a very convenient parking space included in the price. All the building is very well kept and safe. Chloé, our host, was really kind and helpful throughout our stay. I really recommend this apartment and I would love to come back!"
