"Ok but very basic. The stairs were a bit steep for us. Building was going on very close. But apart from visually it did not affect us. Key was left under mat so we didn’t see the owner."

"Un tel niveau de prestation à ce tarif si compétitif est un luxe offert généreusement par Nathôme. De plus, le bâtiment est bien insonorisé ce qui permet de dormir sans entendre les voisins, et Nat est arrangeante et réactive !"

"L'appartement est situé dans un secteur très calme, où il est possible de faire une petite balade à pied pour se dégourdir les jambes. Le parking est gratuit ce qui est un atout à Alençon. On est à un peu plus d'1km du centre historique ce qui fait qu'il est possible de s'y rendre à pied. Il y a 2 restaurants, 1 cinéma à 50m. La situation est idéale pour un séjour touristique voir un séjour à caractère professionnel."
