Nant'Sud Loire

"Great stay in a quiet residential area of Nantes Sud. Excellent fast transport links within minutes walk of the apartment (4 and 42 bus services). The ground floor apartment was well equipped for our week-long family holiday visiting Nantes and some of the surrounding area using public transport. The in-bath shower water pressure was very good. The kitchen had an oven and fridge-freezer. Wifi, tv, games, books, and tourist guides were provided. A good bakery is 5 mins away, and a supermarket 12 mins walk away. There are lovely river walks on the Sevre River very close by, and two kids play parks within 5-10 mins of the apartment. Valerie was an excellent host and responded quickly when we informed her of a broken lightbulb. Our stay was good value for the type and condition of the apartment."

"Minor negative - the walls and ceilings are not the best insulated, so you could hear neighbours moving about and talking, sometimes early in the morning. Possible improvements...? Our two kids shared a double bed with a bolster cushion between them. Two separate beds (that could be pushed together) would be more flexible. The main bedroom could fit a larger bed! 😊"

"Loved the location. It's very near a bus line. Loved the detailed instructions and all the information required for a great stay in Nantes. The apartment was perfect for us. Very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Valarie is a great host."

"The appartment looked just like on the pictures. It's located in a nice, quiet area of Nantes, but with the Loire and a road full of stores and restaurants in walking distance."

"The bedrooms have only one duvet per bed – okay for couples, not so much for kids. And there's not a single sharp knife in the kitchen. But really, only minor inconveniences."

"Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé. Il y a même un guide spécialement conçu avec des bonnes adresses et des conseils pour profiter de la ville ainsi que d'autres brochures. Arrêt de bus en bas de la rue. Valérie a été très prévenante et réactive."

"La casa è dotata di tutti i confort. Cucina attrezzatissima, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie. Dotazione di tavola e ferro da stiro. TV con pay TV. 2 stanza da letto matrimoniali, più un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. A Nantes, nei week end, i servizi di trasporto pubblici sono gratuiti"

Le calme du quartier a été un grand point positif, garantissant un repos total, et la facilité de stationnement a rendu le tout encore plus pratique. Je recommande vivement !"
