Comentaris dels clients
"The staff were exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful. Every person we met on reception was happy to go above and beyond to help us and we saw this with other customers too. We had car trouble that meant we had to stay an extra night and throughout the entire process, the staff couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Both rooms were very lovely and the bathrooms were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety on offer."
"The location is excellent, whether you want to see the city centre, old town or just take a walk along the Mayenne River."
"Absolutely great family run hotel, a very special experience not often repeated anywhere else."
Helen Le Calgary
"We stayed one night at the hotel on our way back to the UK from Zurich. As we parked the motorbikes, one of the group tore his achilles tendon. The hotel manager ( sorry cannot remember his name) was amazing. He arranged for the Saupeurs-pompier to attend and take them to the nearest hospital in Colmar. A great hotel and perfect location to explore the mountains."
