Mignon petit studio 16m2

"A small flat with everything you need. I especially liked that it had all the crockery and some food, so we didn't need to buy anything extra. It was very nice to find tea and coffee. Great for two people. Excellent location, 2 minutes to the underground and 15 minutes to the centre, close to shops and cafés."

"There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which improved after airing it out, but the noise from the street meant that the windows could not be left open for long. The neighbours could also be heard."

"Second time here at Mignon petit studio and was also all cool:cleaning, location so close to the metro station and with a lot of shops and restaurants around, also an Intermarche a few hundred meters away, the host amability with the questions I had, easy check in and out..the bed very comfy..I love it..the only problem I had was the lack of the AC or at least a fan..july is a very hot month so a fan is deeply necessary in my opinion to be able to sleep well because if you open the window is very noisy and hard to rest...in rest all great.."

"The lack of a fan or AC"

"The location is great, very close to the metro entrance, so it's easy to go wherever you want to play, and even though it's in the 19th arrondissement it feels safer than the city centre. There is also a bakery and McDonald's nearby and a supermarket a little further away very convenient. The heating was exceptional and the landlord was well prepared, it was a very cosy little flat!"

"The soundproofing wasn't great, the flat block is quite old so the sound of neighbours going up and down the stairs early in the morning was very clear and woke me up straight away in the morning."

"A perfect little apartment just outside of Paris. The metro stop for less than a minute away from the hotel so travel was super convenient. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a long weekend - the coffee machine was the perfect edition to lots of breakfasts in bed."

"The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the property. We found stains, dust and hair around the apartment."

"Small apartment with all you need for a few days. It has only a sofa bed, but it's surprisingly comfortable. Excellent location, safe, near supermarkets and bakeries and very close to the metro. I would definitely come back and recommend!"

"Nothing in particular."

"There is a metro nearby and the center of Paris is only 20 minutes away."

"I didn't like the area very much."

"The location is good, close to the subway station, and there are many shopping places nearby."

"At first, I didn't know how to open the room door, so it would have been nice if there was an easy-to-understand explanation."

"Great location, 2 steps from metro station in a calm, multicultural district. Cosy and sweet space with everything you could need. Laudry place in 5 min."

"It is a bit loud but luckily the windows are soundproof."

"Well equipped despite it's small size. Convenient for the metro. A nice selection of shops and restaurants nearby."

"Aucun."

"The + Close to the metro Apartment has everything you need Clean Easy access of the keys at checkin"

"The - Space of the apartment is very small, although it's very well organised. Not a problem for a short stay. The soundproofing is not that good. I could hear the music of my neighbor."
