"Very comfortable large and quiet rooms, easy walk to town and great bar 2 minutes walk away, large underground and secure car parking"

"Staff welcomed us warmly to this elegant, modern hotel within an easy walk of the historic centre. Comfy, airy room with a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was varied and generous. Parking was convenient with large spaces. Don’t miss the quirky beer bar nearly next door to the hotel!"
"Aucun."
"Beautiful hotel and room. Very comfortable and great walking distance from centre. Breakfast was incredible and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Loved our stay - thank you"
"Had to park on the road as we had a campervan but just a small point. Rest was amazing"
"Easy to find, parking available, room was surprisingly big , very clean and very quiet"
"Nothing"
"Great room and facilities, 10 minute walk to the centre"

"Room was modern and clean Breakfast was fantastic with wide choice Value for money was excellent Staff were very friendly - especially man who directed us where to park (we couldn't fit in the parking garage due to our high vehicle)"
"Nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room, but would have liked milk"
"The hotel is close enough to Troyes to walk in easily and does have secure parking. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Our small dog was welcome to breakfast."
"Having stayed in this hotel many times in the past, I was disappointed by the room since the last refurb. The room seemed stark and basic for a 4 star hotel. Drinking water was from a tap in the hall, the shower room tight and made from what looked like a pre fabricated module."
"Well sized room. Bar was good with well thought out seating so didn’t feel like a hotel foyer. Good parking arrangement."
"Room was bland with poor lighting. Blackout electric blind detached on one side. Not enough sockets to charge phone etc near the bed. Had a crazy arrangement of doors to bathroom & toilet & cupboard."
"Excellent location, large clean room good breakfast"
"Nothing will definitely use again"

Comentaris dels clients
"All the facilities were in excellent condition. All the staff was very kind and very helpful, answering every little question we had. The breakfast was very good, as well."
Konstantinos Mercure Metz Centre
"A pleasant surprise in the nice Toulon, on a street near the city center with everything you need. The owner is exceptionally kind. Family-run Hotel, €1 coffee machine + microwave for guests, no elevator, rooms with large bathrooms, A/C, good Wi-Fi, and good flat-screen TVs. The bedcovers must be happier. Rating: 7.5"
"Location and staff excellent ! The staff assisted in changing my dates when I made an error on booking . Com .. so grateful!"

"Rooms are big and clean. Very good facility. Excellent location if you have a car."
Caixa forta i cafetera. Petit armari, tauleta i una butaca. Bona il·luminació del llit. Personal amable."
