"One of the best finds on Booking.com. The location was perfect - 1min walk to the beach, surrounded by restaurants and close to the old town. The host was incredbly hospitable - met us at the flat to ensure check in ran smoothly, provided wine and local fruits and offered luggage storage. The flat had everything you needed, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Location. Close to beach, transport and attractions. Marius was wonderful! He not only waited for us when we got lost but he was very helpful with tips on getting around Nice. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a chilled bottle of wine, fruit, water still/sparkling and sweets for us to enjoy. Nice was magnificent and Marius made it even more so!"
"Nothing Marius could do but it got a little noisy Saturday night with the bars near us. All good , people having fun … quite late though"
"Fantastic studio apartment in the best street in Nice. Lively area but not too lively. 5 minute walk from the beach & everything you need on your doorstep. Marius could not be more helpful and was the perfect host. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back."

"Very clean, excellent communication, great location. Property is very well resourced, great little kitchenette with oils etc, microwave, hob, coffee machine. We loved having our breakfast on the balcony which overlooks the street. A little bit of street noise at night but not an issue. Maria herself is a lovely lady, very welcoming and communication with Paula via text was prompt. Lots of great restaurants and bars, beach nearby. Short walk to old town, art gallery, station etc. We had a fabulous holiday."
