"Location is perfect. Next to the port, tram stop for airport, bus to Monaco and 10 walk to old Nice and promenade. Lovely apartment. Perfect for 2 people. Friendly host."
"Cleanliness of apartment could be improved. Shower was blocked until my plumber husband fixed. Would be great if some things were stocked in kitchen for example dishwasher tabs. Towels in bathroom need to be bath towels."

"Valentino war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Aus der Wohnung hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Hafen, der ganz in der Nähe liegt. In der Nähe gibt es Haltestellen und einen tollen Intermarché-Supermarkt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!"

"Прекрасная квартира в изысканном французском стиле, хозяин Валентино замечательный человек, который явно любит своё жильё и заботится о нём. Отличное расположение апартаментов. рядом большой супермаркет, остановки общественного транспорта, откуда можно доехать до всех интересных мест, остановка трамвая из аэропорта в 2 минутах ходьбы, жд станция в 15 минутах. До знаменитой Английской набережной буквально 10 минут пешком. Прекрасный жилой район, в котором есть все необходимое и при этом нет большого количества туристов."

"Obiekt położony w świetnej lokalizacji (port w Nicei), w okolicy znajduje się duży sklep InterMarche i obok niego piekarnia, co pozwala mieć zawsze wszystko pod ręką. Praktycznie pod drzwiami kamienicy znajduje się również przystanek, z którego można dojechać do Monako a także w różne piękne miejsca na Lazurowym Wybrzeżu. Do okolicznego portu dojedżdza również bezpośredni tramwaj z lotniska. Samo mieszkanie jest bardzo duże, czyste i usytuowane w kamienicy, w której dostępna jest winda. Wyposażenie obiektu obejmuje płytę (kuchenkę) elektryczną, pralkę, zmywarkę, lodówkę, naczynia i sztućce. Właściciel zapewnia również suszarkę do włosów ręczniki i pościel. Ponadto właściciel oferuje kontakt i jest bardzo pomocny. Niewątpliwym atutem obiektu jest też przepiękny widok na pobliski port."
"Jedyny mankament obiektu to bardzo słaba klimatyzacja - klimatyzator przenośny nie chłodził na tyle dobrze, aby w mieszkaniu nie było duszno, ale to też kwestia tego, że byliśmy w obiekcie podczas bardzo gorącego okresu."

"Le T1 est fonctionnel, aménagé avec goût. De jolies surprises : lampe de chevet dans la chambre, eau et sirop dans frigo, espace dans la sde, essuie-mains dans les lieux stratégiques, bloc-notes sur bureau. Linge de maison, produits d’entretien en nombre suffisant. Bcp de rangement dans chaque pièce. Bonne literie. Sucre morceaux/poudre, condiments pour la vinaigrette ok. Beurre, confiture dans le frigo (tels qu’indiqués dans le descriptif) + bouteille d’eau fraîche. Petit déjeuner mis à disposition dans la "breakfast box" suffisant et varié.Thé et infusion également. Pas de vis-à-vis. Le côté sauvage des plantes sympa. Proche du poste de police (repère), présence d’un veilleur de nuit : rassurant. Hôte aidant si besoin."
