"Spacious Townhouse in a safe and clean area of Paris. Close to all museums and all the sightseeing spots in Paris. Perfect for a family or group of friends. The house has 3 floors, ground floor is living + kitchen and a small terrace. Second floor is 1br + another living room with 2 sofa beds. 3rd floor you have 2 more bedroom incl. master. In the basement you have table tennis."

"Die zentrale Lage zur Fußgängerzone und zum Strand/Hafen. Highlights sind die Badebuchten plage de Guen und Langruen. Zu empfehlende Restaurants: Ty Prince, La Mamite, Table de Jeanne und die Galettes du jardin und des pecheur. Leider hatten einige eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten wie auch die Boulangerie im Zentrum, die bis Ende Juni geschlossen war."
