"TV was not working. A bit dark as it was in the basement, but OK for 1 night. Quite noisy. The churchbells went on until 1 or 2 in the morning and again at 7. Again OK for 1 night."

"Communication was fast and efficient and there’s a key lock when you arrive (late). The apartment itself is a very nice renovated basement that you own by yourself with your own entrance. The apartment might be small but has everything that you need. Good coffee machine, water cooker, fresh milk, AC that can heat, TV and a nice and comfy bed. The location is along the Main Street of the village but very quiet at night. The bed is large and comfy with plenty of pillows. Across the street is a fresh bakery open from 6 am with lots of nice bread and pastries. There’s also a couple of restaurants and fast food within walking distance. Exceptional value for money and much better than most hotels IF you are of average height (see below)"
"The shower might be a challenge for someone taller than 1,85 m. I’m just below that value and could just fit comfortable. Since it is a renovated basement, the shower is an after-build box fitted in. The ‘breakfast included’ might be better suited to state coffee, tee and water included (which is perfectly fine on itself)."

"Very clean and beautifully smelling apartment - nice and tastefully furnished. Definitely one of the best accommodations we had the chance to try. Absolutely perfect for us - plus great communication and functional massage shower, which was very pleasant after a long journey. We have already booked another stay here in 14 days. "Immaculately clean and comfortable. Has everything you need, plenty of towels and quilts, pillows. Washing machine useful for a week’s stay when you only have hand baggage. The only reason we didn’t give 10/10 was that it would’ve been good to have a simple safe to store our passports. But having said that the apartment feels secure and there’s a cupboard with a key so we locked valuables in there. We will definitely be again when visiting Nice."

"The apartment was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with a large television. On the second floor there was two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and a bathroom with double sink. The area is very quiet with no street noise. There was plenty of hot water and electric heaters, which were good when the nights were cold. There are only a few windows, but the lighting was really good so it doesn’t feel dark at all. WiFi is excellent."
